Monsoon likely to cast a cloud on Dwarka Expressway opening in Gurgaon

The opening of Dwarka Expressway is likely to be further delayed with the monsoon approaching. Officials from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) initially expected the work to be completed within the next two months, but the rains are anticipated to create obstacles for the bituminous work on the 19km stretch within the city.
